Drawing on decades of healthcare leadership experience, John helps families and advisors better understand today’s increasingly complex healthcare landscape. His presentations offer practical insights into navigating insurance coverage, understanding the realities of the U.S. healthcare system, reducing unnecessary care costs, and making more informed healthcare decisions.

John’s expertise centers on mitigating risk through comprehensive, multidisciplinary healthcare planning. In 2016, he founded Wellworth to help high-net-worth individuals and families navigate complex medical, mental health, and aging-related challenges with greater clarity and coordination.

Before founding Wellworth, John spent more than two decades in senior healthcare leadership roles at major New York healthcare systems, including Northwell Health and Mount Sinai Beth Israel. During his career, he oversaw 16 emergency departments and a large urgent care network serving nearly 700,000 patients annually. His FEMA emergency preparedness training also played a key role in disaster response efforts during Hurricane Sandy.

John is the author of Wealthcare: How to Minimize Risk and Maintain High Net Health, as well as a contributor to Forbes and Crain Currency, where he shares insights at the intersection of health and wealth.
