Janice began her career as a psychiatric social worker at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and has spent much of her career helping adults and their families navigate the full spectrum of care needs and life plan community options.

As an experienced and compassionate Case Manager, Janice understands that evaluating each client’s needs and goals is essential to building an individualized care plan. She provides thoughtful guidance and resources that support safety, independence, and quality of life.

An attentive listener and clear communicator, Janice translates her clients’ medical, emotional, and financial priorities into solutions they can trust. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Syracuse University.
