Youmna Nafady joined Wellworth in 2021 with a decade of experience in psychiatric and medical social work. She has worked as an LMSW in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, crisis management, and medical care coordination.

Her specialization is mental health with a focus on adolescents, young adults, and geriatric patients. Prior to joining Wellworth, she collaborated with treatment teams at Hackensack University Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, and Carrier Clinic. Youmna earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.
